The honest part first

Most Flooring Problems Do Not Show Up on Day One.

Floors fail because prep was rushed. Because the wrong material was chosen. Because shortcuts were taken during installation. By the time problems appear, the crew is long gone. We built our process to prevent that.

Subfloor prep is skipped

High spots, low spots, moisture, they all matter. We cannot fully see the subfloor until the old floor comes out. If leveling turns out to be needed, we explain exactly why and get your go-ahead first. Nothing happens without you knowing.

Wrong product for the space

LVP in a high-refinish-priority room. Laminate in a space with standing water risk. We ask the right questions before recommending anything.

Expansion gaps calculated wrong

Bay Area temperature swings cause floors to expand and buckle when gaps are skipped or undersized. We calculate these correctly on every install.

Our approach: We find problems before your floor goes down, not after. Every install starts with a proper subfloor assessment. Every product choice is matched to your actual home conditions.
How we work

Our Simple 4 Step Process

The same steps on every job in Contra Costa, Alameda, San Francisco, and Marin Counties. No shortcuts, no surprises.

Evaluate the space properly

We visit your home before anything is ordered. We walk the existing floor and look at your conditions. We bring samples so you can see how products look in your actual space and lighting. No charge, no obligation.

Bring samples to you

Showroom lighting lies. Your cabinets, your paint, your windows all change how a floor looks. We bring curated samples directly to your home so you make the right call in the right environment. Every time.

Professional installation

Our in-house crew handles every install. No subcontractors. Moisture testing, expansion gaps, transitions, all done correctly. If leveling comes up once the old floor is out, we explain it clearly and get your okay before moving forward.

Final walkthrough with you

We walk every seam, every transition, and every edge with you before we close the project. If anything is not right, we fix it.

Honest Answers to Common Flooring Questions

We believe in educating homeowners before the estimate, not after the install.

While every home is different, most full-home projects are completed within 3 to 5 days. During your in-home estimate, we provide a clear, realistic timeline so you can plan your schedule with confidence.
No. We are proud to use our own in-house installation crew. This allows us to maintain strict quality control, ensure accountability, and deliver the consistent, high-standard workmanship that Redeemed Flooring is known for.
A quality floor requires a solid foundation. Once we remove your old flooring, we thoroughly inspect the subfloor. If we find uneven areas or damage, we explain exactly what needs to happen and get your okay before we level or repair anything. Nothing moves forward without you knowing.
Yes, we can include furniture moving in your project scope. We ask that you clear small items, electronics, and breakables, and our team will carefully handle the heavy lifting of larger furniture pieces.
It depends on your lifestyle and long-term goals. Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) is waterproof and incredibly durable, making it ideal for busy households with pets or kids. Real wood offers unmatched natural beauty and adds significant value to your home but requires more mindful maintenance. We help you weigh these factors during your consultation.

Let's Look at Your Space the Right Way

We come to your home, check your subfloor, and tell you exactly what will work, what will not, and why. No pressure. No showroom trip. No expensive regrets.
